Job Purpose
Ensure development, deployment and maintenance of Microsoft applications with the end to end service accountability and user life simplifications approach, supporting business processes and requirements, in line with HC strategies and policies and in compliance with the Company Governance system.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the development, design and maintenance of the Company IT applications;
• Ensuring the resolution of incidents and service request fulfillment according to SLAs defined with the business and/or external service outsourcers having the full accountability of the service in the end to end approach by activating and being responsible for shared operation services too;
• Ensuring compliance with existing rules and regulations regarding incident time and quality resolution;
• Supporting the identification of incident causes and service request fulfillment where integration aspects with the relevant applications occurs;
• Identifying application issues, while promoting improvement initiatives aiming at increasing business operation efficiency;
• Minimizing the adverse impact of incidents and problems on the business that are caused by IT Applications and shared Operations errors, while preventing the recurrence of Incidents related to these errors.
Requirements
• At least 2 years experience with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#;
• Good knowledge of relational databases, experience in application development using MS SQL Server databases;
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments;
• Experience in Integration projects is an advantage;
• Good understanding of business application concepts and terminology;
• Excellent command of English – both written and spoken;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Commitment to meet strict deadlines;
• Team working.
