Vulkan Cement JSC (“Vulkan Cement”, “We”, “Us”) is a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, UIC 836145646, having its registered office and business address at: town of Dimitrovgrad, postal code 6405, Vukan area.

Vulkan Cement will collect and use your personal data which you have provided to us or which we have received from public sources (the Commercial Register and the Register of NPLEs at the Registry Agency) for the following purposes:

To identify the company/sole proprietorrepresented by you for the purpose of taking steps to enter into a commercial agreement between us and the company/sole proprietor represented by you, including the performance of a “Know Your Customer/Supplier” Due Diligence;To perform the commercial agreement entered into between us and the company/sole proprietor represented by you and to maintain our partnership relations.

In order to achieve those goals, we will process the following of your data: full name, e-mail, mobile/landline telephone number, fax number. If you choose to provide us with any additional information, we will use it insofar as it is relevant to the purposes of processing. The provision of your personal data is necessary for the conclusion of an agreement with the company/sole proprietor represented by you. In the event that you refuse to provide your personal data, it will not be possible for us to conclude such an agreement.

The legal basis for the processing of the aforementioned personal data is taking steps to enter into an agreement and perform the agreement entered into with the company/sole proprietor represented by you, as well as our legitimate interest in identifying our suppliers undoubtedly and establishing relationships with reliable third parties only.

Your data will be processed by manual and automated means, and with respect to your personal data Vulkan Cement will not apply any automated decision making or profiling.

Your personal information may be shared with other companies within the economic group, part of which Vulkan Cement is, on the grounds of personal data exchange and protection agreements signed within the group. We may also share your personal data with certain third parties, such as: companies acting as our subcontractors for the purpose of performing the agreement entered into between us and the company/sole proprietor represented by you; IT suppliers for the purposes of development and maintenance of our systems; auditors and consultants, to enable them to verify our compliance with external and internal standards and requirements; government bodies, executive agencies and dispute parties under a legal obligation to report or to make claims; a successor or business partner of Vulkan Cement, if we sell or establish a joint venture for all or part of our business.

We will keep your personal data for a certain period of time in accordance with the Bulgarian law and the internal policies and procedures of Vulkan Cement, as long as it is necessary to satisfy our legitimate business interests, legal obligations, or in relation to the emergence, exercise or protection of our rights. When it is no longer necessary to process your personal data for the stated purposes, your personal data will be deleted in a secure manner.

You can contact Vulkan Cement at the address stated in this information paper, in order to request access to your personal data processed by Vulkan Cement, for error correction, to request the deletion of your personal data or to object to the processing of your personal data. If such a request puts Vulkan Cement or our affiliated companies in violation of our obligations under the applicable laws, regulations or code of practice, then we may not fulfill your request. You are entitled to the portability of your data to another personal data controller under certain conditions.
